Be Still Tea exists to create space for people to slow down, come home to themselves, and reconnect with their feelings and inner wisdom. Our mission is to help you experience stillness through the simple, grounding ritual of tea.
We hope to inspire you to discover and embrace who you truly are one mindful cup at a time. In a world that glorifies speed and busyness, we are committed to shifting the value back toward connection: with others, with the earth, and most importantly, with yourself.

How We Give Back
My youngest daughter is adopted and at Be Still Tea, adoption is woven into our story.
We partnered with Lifesong for Orphans to create the Rohan Birthmother Adoption Fund a tangible way to support adoptive families with their adoption costs and to care for birthmothers with dignity and compassion.
